Our accessibility statement.
We sell accessibility, so our own site has to hold up. This is where accessora.io stands against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, what we know is not right yet, and how to reach us.
Last reviewed October 26, 2026.
This statement covers the marketing site at accessora.io. The dashboard at dash.accessora.io and customer sites that run the widget are not covered by it.
Written with our accessibility statement generator and kept in step with the audits we run on this site. What Level AA means is in the WCAG guide.
Accessibility statement for accessora.io
Accessora wants everyone to be able to use accessora.io, whatever technology or ability they bring to it. This statement says which standard we work to, where we stand, and how to tell us when something is in the way.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) describe how to make web content accessible to people with disabilities. accessora.io is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the content meets the standard and the exceptions are listed below.
What we do
To keep accessora.io accessible, Accessora:
- Runs automated accessibility audits on a schedule and works through the results.
- Tests key pages by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- Offers an accessibility widget with adjustments such as larger text, higher contrast and text to speech.
- Has named a person responsible for accessibility.
Known limitations
Some parts of accessora.io do not meet the standard yet. These are the ones we know about:
- Animated product demos: The homepage and several inside pages show product demos that animate on a loop, which some visitors find distracting. Workaround: Turn on reduce motion in your system settings, or use Stop Animations in the widget on this site. Both stop every loop.
- Manual review coverage: Not every page has had a manual screen reader review yet. Between reviews we rely on automated audits, which do not catch everything. Workaround: Tell us about anything that gets in your way and we will work on a fix. Planned fix: Manual reviews continue page by page as the site changes.
Compatibility
accessora.io is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, and with the screen readers built into macOS, iOS, Windows and Android.
