See what your visitors actually use.

The Overview shows how often the widget loaded, how often visitors opened it and which adjustments they turned on. Settings puts the widget in your colors, your font and the position you choose.

7-day free trial on every plan. One script tag, or the Shopify app.

The Overview screen of the dashboard: impressions, panel opens, unique visitors and the WCAG score for the last 30 days, with the most-used adjustments and profiles underneath. The numbers are an example.

The numbers

Four numbers, one glance.

Pick 24 hours, 30 days, 90 days or a year. The usage numbers show the change against the period before.

Impressions

Page loads where the widget ran. This is the number your monthly quota counts.

Panel opens

How many times visitors opened the panel, from the launcher or your own trigger.

Unique visitors

Counted by browser, not by page load, so one busy visitor counts once.

WCAG score

Your latest audit score out of 100, with the number of open issues.

Leaderboards

Which adjustments, which profiles.

The widget counts each adjustment and profile visitors switch on, by name. The two lists below use example numbers.

The lists also say something about your site. If Dyslexic Font and Line Height are near the top, your copy may be dense. If Low Vision leads the profiles, check your contrast and your default font size. If Text to Speech is high, people are listening to long pages, so clear headings help them keep their place.

What we store.

Counts per site and per day. Unique visitors come from a random ID kept in the visitor's own browser, with no name or email attached, and it does not follow anyone to another site. Read the privacy policy.

FAQ

Questions about analytics.

Something else? Contact us.

Which plan includes analytics?

Every plan. Starter, Growth and Enterprise all get the same Overview: page views this month, panel opens, unique visitors and both leaderboards.

Which time ranges can I see?

24 hours, 30 days, 90 days or a year, each compared with the period before. The Impressions card always shows page views so far this month.

How is an impression counted?

One impression is one page view where the widget script ran. Panel opens are counted separately. No plan has a page view limit, so every load shows up in analytics.

Do you track visitors across sites?

No. Counts are kept per site and per day. Unique visitors come from a random ID the widget stores in the visitor's own browser, and it carries no name or email.
