Where UserWay is stronger

  • A bigger widget. Eight disability profiles, 50+ languages, a screen reader and voice navigation built into the panel, and live site translation from Pro Plus.2,4,1
  • Human services. Manual audits of websites, web apps, designs and native mobile apps, VPAT reports and document remediation.5,6,10
  • Litigation support on annual plans. That covers help responding to demand letters, a review of settlement accessibility plans and a report of the fixes applied.7
  • A free widget. Alongside the paid plans, UserWay offers a free version with basic adjustments for visitors.4
  • Enterprise backing. UserWay is part of Level Access, offers single sign-on and says its technology is ISO 27001 certified. Support runs 24/7 by chat.11,9,8,1

Where Accessora is different

  • Less for the same traffic. Accessora Starter is $4.99 a month with no page view limit. UserWay's first paid tier is $49 a month for up to 100,000.1,10
  • Several sites on one plan. Growth covers 3 sites and Enterprise 10, while UserWay needs a separate subscription for each site and subdomain.3
  • Analytics from the first plan. The dashboard shows which adjustments visitors use on every plan, where UserWay starts usage stats at Pro Plus. Scheduled scans on every plan list each issue with its WCAG criterion.1
  • A plain claim. A widget helps visitors, but we don't say a script can make a site compliant on its own. Audits show what to fix in your code.

UserWay pricing, worked through

UserWay prices by monthly page views, one site per subscription. Pro is $49 a month or $490 a year for up to 100,000 page views, and $1,490 a year for up to a million. Pro Plus starts at $119 a month and adds live translation and usage stats. Ultimate starts at $249. UserWay says paying yearly saves 16%.1,10,3

Accessora has no page view limit on any plan. The price depends on how many sites you add and which features you need.

So a site with 8,000 page views a month pays $4.99 on Accessora Starter or $49 on UserWay. At 300,000 it is still $4.99 on Accessora, or $1,490 a year on UserWay. If you want automatic fixes, UserWay lists AI remediation on Pro Plus from $119 a month, and Accessora includes automated fixes on Enterprise at $49.99.1,10

The Bloomsybox case

In July 2024 a UserWay customer, Bloomsybox.com, filed a proposed class action in federal court in Delaware. The complaint quotes earlier UserWay marketing that promised full WCAG and ADA compliance from day one.12

In March 2026 the court let the consumer fraud and negligent misrepresentation claims go ahead. It dismissed the contract and warranty claims without prejudice. That ruling did not decide whether the claims are true.13

UserWay now says no automated tool can guarantee full ADA or WCAG conformance. We agree, and the same goes for Accessora. A widget helps visitors, but it does not make a site compliant on its own.10,14
