The four numbers
| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Impressions | Page views where the widget loaded so far this month. |
| Panel opens | Times a visitor opened the panel. |
| Unique visitors | Different browsers that loaded the widget. Each browser gets a random ID the first time, kept in its own storage. |
| WCAG score | The score from your latest audits, out of 100, with the number of open issues. |
Each number shows the change against the period before, so 30 days compares with the 30 days before that.
Most-used tools
Most-used adjustments ranks the adjustments visitors switch on, such as Font Size or High Contrast. Most-used profiles does the same for the four profiles. Use them to decide what to keep in the panel. If nobody uses a tool, you can hide it in Settings.
Date range
Pick 24h, 30d, 90d or 1y at the top of the screen. The default is 30 days.
New activity usually shows up within a few minutes. Totals are kept per day.
How impressions add up
Every page view with the widget is one impression, so a visitor who reads five pages makes five. No plan has a page view limit, so every one is counted and the widget stays on. The count starts again at zero on the first of each month. See plans and limits.
Analytics don’t include names, email addresses, IP addresses or the pages a visitor reads. See data and privacy for the full list of what the widget sends.
