The panel opens with Profiles, then Visual Adjustments, Colors, Navigation & Motor and Audio & Screen Reader. At the top sit the Accessibility Statement button and the language picker. At the bottom, Reset turns everything off.
Profiles
A profile switches on a set of adjustments in one click. It adds to whatever the visitor already has on, and the visitor can change any single adjustment afterwards.

How choices are kept
Everything a visitor turns on is saved in their own browser for your site. It follows them from page to page and is still there when they come back. It doesn’t follow them to other sites or other devices, and you can’t see one visitor’s settings. The Overview only shows totals.
To hide a profile or an adjustment from your visitors, switch it off in Settings, on the Features tab. See widget settings.
