Branding and colors
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Color theme | Blue, Indigo, Dark, Purple, Forest, or Custom. |
| Custom colors | Primary, background, secondary background and border. Pick Custom, or change any color of a preset. |
| Font | The typeface used inside the panel. It loads from fonts.bunny.net, a privacy-friendly mirror of Google Fonts. Open Sans is the default. |
| Hide Accessora attribution | Removes the Powered by Accessora line at the bottom of the panel. Growth and Enterprise plans. |
Pick a primary color with enough contrast against white. The panel’s header text and selected tiles sit on it.
Launcher icon
Icon Selection sets the round button visitors click to open the panel. Choose Classic, Universal, Vision, Settings or Sliders, then an Icon Color.
Launcher position and size
These live under Icon Position & Appearance.
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Icon Position | Top Left, Top Right, Middle Left, Middle Right, Bottom Left, Bottom Right. Default: Bottom Right. |
| Icon Size | Small, Medium or Large. Default: Medium. |
| Padding from Bottom/Top, Padding from Left/Right | The launcher’s distance from the edges of the screen. Default: 16 px each. |
If the launcher sits on top of a chat bubble or a cookie banner button, move it to another corner or raise the bottom/top padding.
Widget Positioning is separate. Its Widget Alignment sets which side of the screen the open panel slides in from, left or right.
Languages
The panel speaks 44 languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. In Arabic and Hebrew the panel reads right to left.
- Default language is what the panel shows first.
- Auto-detect Language switches the panel to the visitor’s browser language when it is one of the 44. A browser set to Portuguese (Brazil) gets Brazilian Portuguese, and one set to Chinese for Taiwan or Hong Kong gets Traditional Chinese.
- Visitors can change the language from the flag button in the panel, and the widget remembers their pick.
The AI ALT Tags Generation switch lives in this section too. See AI alt text.
Custom triggers
Open the widget from your own link or button instead of, or as well as, the floating launcher. A link in your footer that says “Accessibility options” is a common choice.
- Switch on Enable Custom Triggers.
- Enter a CSS selector for desktop and one for mobile, such as
#accessibility-buttonor.open-accessibility. They can be the same. - To remove the floating launcher, switch on Hide Floating Icon.
If you hide the launcher, keep your own trigger on every page. Otherwise visitors have no way to open the widget except the Open Accessora skip link.
Voice
Voice Settings has a Voice Language field for Text to Speech. English (US) is the only option today. The widget reads with the speech engine built into the visitor’s browser, so nothing is sent to a server.
Automated fixes
Switches automated fixes on for the site, with a separate opt-in for color contrast. The fixes are rule-based and on the Enterprise plan only. See automated fixes.
Features tab
The Features tab lists all four profiles and 18 adjustments, grouped the way the panel groups them. Switch off anything you don’t want visitors to see. A hidden tool disappears from the panel for every visitor.
The panel’s Accessibility Statement button opens a built-in, general statement about the widget, in the visitor’s language. It doesn’t describe your site. Publish your own statement on your site as well. The statement generator writes a first draft.
