The script tag
This is the whole install. Your dashboard’s Installation page shows it with your own domain ID filled in, so copy it from there.
<!-- Accessora widget -->
<script async src="https://cdn.accessora.io/embeds/js/latest/autoload.js?domainId=YOUR_DOMAIN_ID"></script> The domainId in the address tells the widget which site’s settings to load. Each site in your account has its own ID. If you copy the tag from one site and paste it on another, the widget shows the first site’s settings and the second site fails verification.
Choose a method
| Method | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Script tag | You can edit your site’s HTML or theme, or your builder has a code box. |
| Next.js | Your site is a Next.js app. Use the next/script component. |
| Google Tag Manager | You already manage scripts in GTM and don’t want to touch the code. |
| Shopify app | Your store runs on Shopify. No code, settings live in your Shopify admin. |
Platform guides
Each guide shows where the script tag goes on that platform, step by step.
What the script loads
- Step 1: Your pageyour-site.comThe script tag loads with async, so your content never waits for it.
autoload.js?domainId=… - Step 2: Autoloadcdn.accessora.ioReads your domain ID from its own address and fetches the widget bundle.
accessora.browser.js - Step 3: Your settingsdash.accessora.ioReturns your theme, features and which plugins your plan turns on.
/api/widget-config - Step 4: The widgetyour-site.comDraws the launcher and panel inside a shadow DOM, so your styles and ours never mix.AnalyticsAI alt textFixes
The script is small and loads with async, so the browser keeps building your page while it downloads. The widget then draws its launcher and panel inside a shadow DOM. Your site’s CSS can’t restyle the panel, and the panel’s CSS can’t leak into your pages.
If your site sends a Content Security Policy header, allow the Accessora hosts first or the widget won’t load. The exact list is in troubleshooting.
After you install
Click Verify installation on the Installation page. It loads your site the way a visitor would and checks for the script and your domain ID. Here’s what it checks.
