Steps
- Install the app. Open the Accessora listing on the Shopify App Store, click Install and approve the permissions. You land in the app inside your Shopify admin.
- Turn on the app embed. Go to Online Store, then Themes, and click Edit theme on your live theme. Open App embeds in the left sidebar, switch on Accessora and click Save.
- Check your storefront. Open your store in a new tab. The launcher sits in the bottom corner.
How the Shopify app differs
- Settings live in your Shopify admin, inside the Accessora app. You don’t use dash.accessora.io for a Shopify store.
- Billing runs through Shopify. The app’s plans are listed on the App Store and charged on your Shopify bill. The plans on this site are for the standalone dashboard.
- The screens differ a little from the standalone dashboard these docs describe, but the widget your shoppers see is the same.
Widget not on your storefront?
The most common cause is the app embed. Check it is switched on in the theme you have published, not a draft copy, and that you saved. More in troubleshooting.
